The hotel has a great shuttle service to Disneyland.

I was really disappointed with the room size. it felt cramped for two adults and our toddler with our bags. The laundry facilities were frustrating as the dryer didn’t work well, leading to excessive coin usage. Moreover, when I reported my partner's lost property, the staff didn't handle the issue effectively, which was quite frustrating.

The dinosaurs at the front desk were a fun touch that made check-in swift and enjoyable. The shuttle service to Disneyland was fantastic, allowing us to sleep in a bit before embarking on our day. While the room size was manageable, it would be nice to have more space for bags. two large rucksacks filled the area. I appreciated the comfortable showers, but the limited dining options nearby were a downside. Still, the complimentary alcoholic drinks in the evening added a nice treat to the stay.

The room was bigger than I thought and super clean! The convenience of the shuttle bus to Disney was great, didn't have to stress about waking up early. We collected our tickets and hopped on.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but worth it.

henn na hotel tokyo nishikasai was a fun stay! the dinosaurs in the lobby were really entertaining. our room was clean and bright, with a nice bathroom and good toiletries. it was super convenient to be close to the train station and have a shuttle to maihama station for disney parks.

Perfect Base for Disney Adventures!

Our stay was delightful! Make sure to grab the shuttle tickets early to avoid long queues. The soaking tub was a highlight after long days. Enjoyed the complimentary tea service in the evenings. The surrounding neighborhood felt safe and had everything we needed within walking distance.
